ABOUT US
Since July 2016, the Siriraj Metabolomics and Phenomics Center (SiMPC), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, has advanced metabolomics research across modern medicine, traditional Thai and herbal medicine, and functional food — collaborating widely with clinicians and researchers to produce knowledge published in leading journals.
On July 16, 2025, SiMPC Services was jointly launched by SiMPC and the Department of Biochemistry in partnership with DKSH Thailand, Waters Corporation, and Agilent Technologies (Thailand), expanding access to our analytical capabilities for the broader research community. We integrate cutting-edge LC–MS/MS, GC–MS/MS, and ion mobility–MS (upcoming) with proprietary bioinformatics platforms — LMM, Metabox 2.0, and the Siriraj Metabolomics Data Warehouse (SiMD) — to accelerate the translation of metabolomics research in support of your mission.
