You will not transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, untrue, or you do not have the right to provide or transmit. You will not attempt to probe, test, hack, or otherwise circumvent any security measures. You will not use the website in violation of any law, rule, or regulation, whether now existing or enacted in the future.

SiMPC Services has carefully compiled the content of this website according to the latest knowledge. Access and use of this website and those websites associated or connected by links is at the user's own risk. Claims for compensation and warranty claims due to missing or wrong information are excluded.

SiMPC Services is not responsible and does not assume liability for damages of any kind, also not for indirect damages or consequential damages that may have been caused by accessing or using this website or websites associated or connected by links.

To be eligible for our services, you shall create your own account and provide us with your personal information in accordance with our request.

SiMPC Services does not authorize any application of our service usage in accordance with the following:

• provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
• apply to service with name of other persons
• relate to criminal act
• violate related law or SiMPC Services' rule
• register on purpose of a manner that is trade libelous, defamatory, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing

You shall collect and supply any samples in accordance with all applicable laws and any instructions we provide to you. Prior to supplying the sample to us you shall obtain any necessary consents or ethical permissions in relation to the sample to enable the lawful transfer of the sample to us and to enable us to process, store, and dispose of the sample and any related results. You shall ensure that any samples are of suitable quantity, quality and purity when we receive them for us to use in performing the service. You shall ensure that any information you provide to us in relation to the samples is complete and accurate. You warrant that you are acting on your own behalf and on no-one else's behalf.

Payment for services purchased directly from SiMPC Services' web shall be made simultaneously when placing the order. All payments made for the services are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, non-use, partial use, dissatisfaction with the services, or termination of the services by the customer. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before making payment.

SiMPC Services can temporarily suspend the service due to system inspection, defect, change, communication interruption and force majeure. In the event that the service is suspended, any claims of either user or third party shall be excluded. SiMPC Services would not accept liability for any damage caused by natural disasters (earthquake, a war of the elements, flood, typhoon, etc).

SiMPC Services shall treat all the sample data and information provided by you confidentially and shall not disclose them to any third party without your consent, except if the disclosure is required by following purpose:

• When there is a special inquiry by the laws, regulations or orders of the Governmental authorities concerned
• When it is necessary for the production of statistics, academic research purposes, etc. given personal information is provided in a format that does not allow specific individuals to be identified
